Briar Lane offers home-away-from-home accommodation in the historic town of Evandale, Northern Tasmania. It is one of Evandale's oldest established properties, dating back to the 1820s and offers 3 self-contained accommodation options set amongst 5 acres of gardens, providing a peaceful private hideaway.
Breakfast provisions are provided including eggs, butter, bread, milk, a selection of cereals, jams and spreads, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and homemade biscuits.
Both the units and Briar Lane House have WIFI connection, electric blankets and laundry facilities. There is also a BBQ in the gardens which guests can share.
Briar Lane House can accommodate 7 guests. There are four upstairs bedrooms; queen, single, double and a twin single.
Unit 1 can sleep 3 people. It has one bedroom which contains a queen and a single bed.
Unit 2 can sleep 4 to 6 people. The upstairs bedroom contains a double and single bed, whilst the living/kitchen area downstairs, also contains a single bed, plus a double sofa bed. The bathroom is downstairs.
Briar Lane features stunning views across farmland to the Great Western Tiers. Guests are welcome to wander through the gardens, or sit and watch the horses and the hares.
