Champions of Tourism 2025

Visit Northern Tasmania will present the 12th Champions of Tourism Awards on Thursday 30 October 2025. Save the date, this is one you don't want to miss!

Champs 2025 will be held at the newly refurbished Albert Hall. Be one of the lucky few to attend one of the first events held at Albert Hall following its reopening.

Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, tickets to Champs will be available for just $95.00 per person. Join us to celebrate Northern Tasmania's tourism industry in the spectacular, newly opened Eastern Wing of historic Albert Hall. Enjoy an evening surrounded by industry peers, with food, drinks, a live performance by the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra brass quintet, and of course the much anticipated award presentations.

This person creates and or shares innovation of food. Their exceptional knowledge showcases the very best in local produce and their expertise gives our foodie visitors an outstanding tourism experience.

An exceptional individual leading the way in agritourism, setting the standard and helping others to achieve their agritourism aspirations by sharing their experience and knowledge.

*Operator/business/individual must be working/located in the region of Northern Tasmania defined by the following council areas: City of Launceston, West Tamar, George Town, Meander Valley, Northern Midlands, Dorset, Flinders Island. Nominations for businesses that are outside of these regions will be excluded from consideration.
