We Remember - A Salute to the ANZACs | Music in the Morning | Albert Hall

A moving tribute to the spirit of the ANZACs and Vietnam veterans.

Featuring songs, letters and stories from the 1940s to the 1960s, paired with archival imagery on the big screen, this acclaimed production has played to sold out audiences across Australia.

The programme includes music made famous by the Andrews Sisters, Vera Lynn, Bob Dylan, John Denver and Tom Jones, with highlights such as Blue Moon, Chattanooga Choo Choo, You'll Never Know, Green, Green Grass of Home, Leaving on a Jet Plane, Blowin' in the Wind, You'll Never Walk Alone, The Band Played Waltzing Matilda and a powerful arrangement of Bring Him Home from Les Misérables.

Led by tenor Roy Best, soprano Alison Jones, narrator and compere Christopher McKenna, and pianist William Schmidt, the company invites audiences to reflect on the service and sacrifice of those who served.

This production is the only fully sanctioned production permitted to use the word ANZACS by the Federal Government's Department of Veterans Affairs Canberra.
