Gather for a celebration of bold winter flavours and smoky aromas, set against the backdrop of the Tamar River/kanamaluka.
As the sun sets, the team of chefs will be cooking live across outdoor fire stations, presenting a generous roaming-style feast inspired by the season. Expect dishes designed to be enjoyed fireside - rich, comforting and layered with the distinctive flavours of food cooked over flame.
It's an experience created to warm hands, hearts and taste buds, perfectly complemented by exceptional local wines and curated beverages.
