Winter Brook Vineyard hand-makes spectacular, limited-release, estate wines brought to you via the Cellar Door in the beautiful Tamar Valley of Tasmania.
They are only a stunning, scenic 30-minute drive north of Launceston.
Winter Brook Vineyard produces high-quality fruit that is hand-picked to develop fine-quality wines in the winery onsite. The annual release of wines is about 10,000 bottles across all varieties (about 900 cases).
Sandy Gibson's dream of owning, operating, and living all things vines and wines means that the focus is producing boutique, hand-crafted wines, and enjoying every step along the way. This is why they have limited availability to their wines to ensure that these fabulous and highly desired bottles are available to visitors to the Cellar Door or Online.
The Cellar Door is open Thursday to Sunday from 11 am to 4 pm for tastings, glass and bottle sales, and pick your own providore of Tasmanian produced cheese and cured meats.
