It offers unpowered sites and good amenities, and is suitable for large caravans and motorhomes.
Myrtle Park is app. 35 kilometres from Launceston and 30 kilometres from Scottsdale on the Tasman Hwy (A3).
Multiple facilities are located onsite including barbecues, playgrounds and tennis courts, as well as maintained amenities such as the showers, toilets and a laundry.
Dogs are allowed on lead in Myrtle Park but there are a number of environmentally sensitive areas where dogs are not allowed. These areas are marked with 'dogs not allowed' signs.
The park will be open to campers only from the 4th December through to the 7th April, with 20 sites available to be booked each night, with a limit of 10 people per site (casual day-use of the facility is not permitted).

The Myrtle Park camping period is scheduled to end Wednesday, 7 April 2021.
What do I do if there is an issue out of hours?

What if I want to add or remove people from my booking?
Please inform front of house staff of any changes to your booking's arrangements. For Contact Tracing purposes, we require that all guests sign-in to the site at reception upon arrival. What if I arrive or check-in late?
It is essential that late arrivals check-in at reception after hours using the provided check-in log. After-hours security will use this log to validate your entry at the Park.
My plans have changed. Can I cancel or change my booking?
You may cancel your booking at any time, however refunds are not provided on bookings cancelled within 24 hours of arrival.
Can I book multiple sites?
Yes, you are able to book multiple sites. Please be mindful that there is a limit of 14 consecutive night's stay, irrespective of the number of sites booked.
Can I book and pay for my stay on site?

Can my friends visit during my stay?
Myrtle Park is closed for day visits. Only registered campers are permitted on the grounds from 4 December 2020 - 7 April 2021.
Do I need to bring food, water or firewood?
Myrtle Park provides guests with showers, toilets, a laundry and barbeques. Campers must bring their own drinking water, water at Myrtle Park is currently not suitable for drinking. Food and firewood is not provided or sold on site. The Nunamara corner store is the closest shop to the site and can be contacted on (03) 6399 3388.
