Situated on an acre of land surrounded by vineyards on the Tamar Valley Wine Route, 15 minutes from Launceston CBD, 5 minutes from Legana shopping centre and 2 kilometres to the historic Rosevears Tavern. Launceston airport is 30 minutes’ drive.
There are no shared or common areas inside the apartment which boasts a luxurious king bed which can be converted to twin beds if you require (please advise when you book).
Quality linen, electric blankets and super comfy pillows, ensure a sound sleep.
There is a well-equipped kitchenette with modern 2-burner induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. We supply complementary coffee pods, instant coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper etc. and of course plenty of crockery, cooking utensils etc.
A generous Continental Breakfast for you to enjoy at your leisure is included in the room rate.
There is a comfortable 3 seater couch, large screen TV with plenty of input options if you want to avail yourselves of more than Free-to-Air TV (Google Cast available). There is also a DVD player and a large DVD selection.
